ImprovBoston presents
Boston News Net's Live Election Night “Political Party”

Boston's Only Live News Satire presents Five Hours of Comedy, Commentary, Music
and Live Up-To-The-Minute Election Coverage All Night Long.

Calling all news junkies and election freaks: Boston News Net is the source for live, hilarious, up-to-the-minute coverage on Election Night. Boston's only live news satire show presents a one-of-a-kind evening of comedy and camaraderie, featuring some of the city's most irreverent comedic minds - all eager to keep you entertained as the election results come in. Food, drink, prizes and live music by Faith Soloway will accompany the comedians, commentators, and special guests, making it an ideal destination for those looking to watch the returns with like-minded revelers, or just those who need a pork barrel of laughs to get through the night.

Boston News Net is a weekly live news show produced at ImprovBoston (40 Prospect St, Cambridge) on Saturdays at 9:30 that features news and political satire that will be familiar to fans of Weekend Update and The Daily Show, but with a voice and style that’s all its own. Featured in the Boston Globe’s Comedy Notes (“News Parody Gets a Positive Spin” June 13, 2008) and listed as one of Stuff@Night’s “Hot 100”, BNN has received praise from both audiences and critics alike for “Anchor JR Strauss’s crisp, well-aimed barbs” and a “glorious array of talented correspondents”.
